Trip to Alaska and Seattle

Ok, so I finally have time to post some of the pictures from our trip out West. We had such a great time. The boys ask me today when they can go back on a airplane.

Several Cruise ships come into Ketchikan a day. Sometimes as many as 10,000 people arrive every day.

We took the ferry to the Island of Thorne Bay.

Clamming with Grandpa

Clamming with Grandpa and Mimi. The boys got really dirty.

Here are the clams we dug.

The boys went crabbing with Grandpa.

On the ferry back to Ketchikan to get a plane to Seattle.

Skylar gives us a ride to Aunt Edna's house.

A retirement party for friends of Aunt Edna. It was held in the Grange Hall where my mother and father met.

Lots of Cousins, Cousin Patty with her Granddaughter came for a visit.

I drove from Lake Stevens to the Seattle Aquarium all by myself. The boys and I had a great time.

Eating Ivar clam chowder at the aquarium

Visiting Pike's Place Market with Eric and Joel.

Joel fell asleep on the floor and had his head under the bed and feet under the dresser.

Swimming in Lake Stevens. I found out that I am truly a pool snob.
